Zusi Bahnsimulators ' mobile simulator features all signaling and train control systems, a vast track network, and numerous training scenarios. Many everyday traffic scenarios (including weather conditions like snow and rain) can be simulated. Additionally, brake tests can be performed on freight and passenger cars, covering all possible malfunction scenarios (from venting the A-chamber to securing the train with wheel chocks). Signal malfunctions of all types – in accordance with current regulations and rules– can be simulated.

Mobile Simulator
It has a compact size and a single-unit driver's cab, delivered in four bags and three boxes. We recommend two people for assembly – alternatively, we can assemble it for you!
All you need is a room with electrical outlets.
You can book the mobile simulator with or without staff. We are also happy to conduct the training on the mobile simulator for you.
Adjustable training console
The available vehicles are the LINT BR 648 or FLIRT 3, in which the driving and braking levers can be converted for either right- or left-hand operation. Additionally, a locomotive with a simulated BR 193 driver's cab is available – in the simulation, this is the BR 146 ( driving controls and AFB on the left, the driver's brake valve in the middle, and the direct brake control on the far right).
All vehicles currently have a top speed of up to 160 km/h. Switching vehicles is straightforward and takes only a few minutes.
Trainer station for monitoring
Two cables are required to connect the trainer station to the control panel. These are 25 meters long and included in the delivery. The simulation is mirrored on the trainer station, giving the trainer a complete overview and allowing them to track all operating actions via a data recorder. They can see the target and actual speed, the pressure in the main line, the operation of the PZB and emergency call buttons on the train radio, and whether sand has been applied.
